I wrote a blog in November 2010 in recognition of my 10 years in staffing. At that time my intent was for that to be my one and only blog in recognition of this accomplishment. I am not a writer, I have a Management degree with a Minor in Finance from Purdue University and just fell into HR and Staffing after working 7 years in Accounting. Numbers have always been my friend, I love to analyze everything with an Excel spreadsheet! However, after receiving all of the positive feedback from my first blog, I decided that I would use this as a forum to communicate my passion for this industry and my passion to deliver Indianapolis Staffing with integrity.
At That’s Good HR, I am responsible for business development in the areas of Accounting/Finance, HR and Administration. My goal with this blog is to create value for my hiring managers, my candidates and for all to know that you can have this career without sacrificing your integrity. So here goes!
