Myth #3: You can’t hire permanent employees this way.
While people often think of using a staffing firm for short-term special projects or temporary assignments, don’t overlook going this route for permanent employees. Hiring a temp can be a great way to “try out” an employee and then make the long-term decision. We call this a temp-to-hire or temp-to-perm placement.
