Now hiring for an Indianapolis Payroll Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bi-weekly payroll process from start to finish for 800 employees in 34 states within the U.S. and several provinces in Canada
  • Support off-cycle payroll processing as needed
  • Reconcile, research and partner with payroll vendor on tax filing, variances and outstanding notices
  • Prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports and work with the finance team to reconcile them
  • Managing HSA/FSA/LSA and 401(k) accounts and resolve any discrepancies with employee accounts
  • Complete year-end processes, including year-end statement generation for W-2s, 1099s, and T4s
  • Lead internal and external audits for payroll

Qualifications:

  • Experience with UKG and Kronos preferred
  • 5+ years of payroll experience with similar size organization required
  • bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business management, human resources, finance or a related discipline required, or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of local, state and international payroll regulations and tax law required

This role has a hybrid schedule. Four days a week in the office and one day at home.
