Now hiring for an Indianapolis HR Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Make employee files
  • Draft offer letters
  • Create promotion letters
  • Audit areas in Paycom for EOY accuracy
  • Assist with putting spreadsheets together for merit increases
  • Send out emails for daily call-offs to managers
  • Assist with auditing time cards

Qualifications:

  • An associate’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is highly preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service required
  • Experience in HR administration is highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience using an HRIS or HRM system preferred
