HR Assistant
Now hiring for an Indianapolis HR Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Make employee files
- Draft offer letters
- Create promotion letters
- Audit areas in Paycom for EOY accuracy
- Assist with putting spreadsheets together for merit increases
- Send out emails for daily call-offs to managers
- Assist with auditing time cards
Qualifications:
- An associate’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is highly preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service required
- Experience in HR administration is highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience using an HRIS or HRM system preferred
