Collections Representative

Now hiring for an Indianapolis Collections Representative.

Responsibilities:

• Actively assist members by offering tailored financial advice.
• Engage in problem-solving and account maintenance to enhance member satisfaction.
• Manage a high call volume efficiently, collect credit union loan products, and utilize skip tracing techniques.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to foster a supportive, innovative work environment.
• Identify opportunities to recommend our Credit Union products and services to serve our members’ financial needs better

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
• Previous experience in Collections and/or Customer Service is required
• Experience in a Call Center environment is preferred
• Proficient computer skills
• An enthusiastic and positive attitude towards work and teamwork.

This position is in office. The hours of operation are M-F (8am-6pm) and some Saturdays (9am-1pm). This person would be working 2-3 days at 9am-6pm and at 2-3 days 8am-5pm.
