Patient Support Specialist
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Patient Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with patients to understand their needs and gather medical provider information
- Provide updates to patients, healthcare providers, assistance programs, and the team
- Input information and documentation into the database
- Manage cases in a timely manner
- Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and patients
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with medical customer service highly preferred
- Previous experience using Salesforce preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
This is an in-office position.
