Now hiring for an Indianapolis Patient Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with patients to understand their needs and gather medical provider information
  • Provide updates to patients, healthcare providers, assistance programs, and the team
  • Input information and documentation into the database
  • Manage cases in a timely manner
  • Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and patients

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience with medical customer service highly preferred
  • Previous experience using Salesforce preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
